Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION POLICY:
Reservation to be confirmed in writing with a Credit Card number, expiry date and 3 digit security number.
A 20 % deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation.
Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation 45 days or less before arrival > forfeit 50% of the total accommodation costs
Cancellation from 44 days to 60 days > forfeit 25% of the total accommodation costs

NO SHOW:
In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for..

PREMATURE DEPARTURE:
Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for. Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.
