About Us

Established in 1999 to provide accommodation for international and domestic travelers. Roosboom Luxury Guest Apartments is a family-run business that has distinguished itself through the last twenty six years in its ethos of providing customer service excellence whilst meeting the needs of all whom reside at each luxury guest apartment.

 

Our mission is to provide five star accommodation aligned with outstanding service at affordable rates. ​ A beautiful setting with spectacular views. Roosboom has five luxury self-catering apartments each with fully equipped kitchenettes. Roosboom provides fast free (100 Mbps) Wi-Fi, Dstv premium bouquet & secure off-street parking behind electronic gates surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and huge architecturally designed swimming pool.

 

Roosboom is situated in a safe, up-market neighborhood in Somerset West. All the apartments are separate from the main homestead. ​ We have a UPS system in place; which means that if there is load-shedding, our guests will still be able to access the Wi-Fi network. In addition to this, we have light bulbs that can be used when the power is off meaning guests will not be in the dark. ​

Apartments are serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays. ​ We can arrange car hire, shuttle service to/from airports, golf days etc.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In: 14:00 – 20:00

No check-in after 20:00 unless prior arangment is made. 
Check-Out: By 11:00

🔔 IMPORTANT: Please inform us of your expected check-in time in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.

Payment Options & Terms

1. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Payments

  • EFT payments must be made within 24 hours of making your reservation.

  • Bookings not secured with a deposit within this time may be automatically cancelled unless otherwise arranged.

  • All EFT payments must reflect in our bank account prior to check-in. Guests whose payments have not cleared will be required to pay on arrival.

2. Credit Card Payments via Paybridge

  • The physical credit card used for payment must be presented on arrival, along with valid identification.

  • If the card is not available and 3D Secure was not used, the guest will be required to pay by another method before being checked in, and the original card transaction will be reversed.

  • If payment is being made on behalf of someone else, this must be pre-arranged with Roosboom Management before check-in to ensure a seamless process.

Identification Requirements

In accordance with South African accommodation regulations:

  • Valid South African ID or International Passport is required for each guest at check-in.

  • Copies of the ID/passport will be made and securely stored.

  • Failure to present valid identification will result in denied check-in.
