Roosboom provides fast free (100 Mbps) Wi-Fi, Dstv premium bouquet & secure off-street parking behind electronic gates surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and huge architecturally designed swimming pool. Roosboom is situated in a safe, up-market neighborhood in Somerset West. All the apartments are separate from the main homestead.

We have a UPS system in place; which means that if there is load-shedding, our guests will still be able to access the Wi-Fi network. In addition to this, we have light bulbs that can be used when the power is off meaning guests will not be in the dark.

Apartments are serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.

We can arrange car hire, shuttle service to/from airports, golf days etc.
